Hey babe. If your order arrived damaged, broken, or not what you expected, we got you. Just reach out and we will make it right.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number straight to your inbox.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays but we will always help guide you through next steps if anything feels off.
  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If the package is sent to the wrong address because it was entered incorrectly, we cannot replace it, but we will help you reorder fast and smooth.

Returns

Because our items are personal care and ritual tools, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
    Replacements will be shipped once the request is approved.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer store credit.

Lost or stolen packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, family members, and your local carrier first.
  • If it still cannot be located, email us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
  • We will do our best to support you while the carrier investigates. Reshipments are handled on a case by case level.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges since inventory moves quickly, but we will always help you find the right solution if something went wrong with your order.
